This favorite sandwich served on grilled sourdough with sautéed spinach, onions and mushrooms on tender slices of turkey, swiss cheese, and a pesto aioli.

Tri-tip Sliders

Lovingly-souveed tri-tip, cooked in BBQ sauce over 6 hours then served atop a fresh King's Hawaiian roll and garnished with fresh slaw and crumbled blue cheese.

Penne pasta is served with a fresh Roma tomato and basil sauce, Kalamata olives, a little garlic, fresh mozzerella and grated parmesan cheese.

Grilled Cheese Night

Three-cheeses, fresh tomato and (of course) bacon melted into sourdough bread, served with a cup of creamed tomatoe bisque, made with roasted tomatoes and just a hint of curry. It's fantastic.
